we can do all of those things. also, interesting comment on world environment day making one depressed. i started writing something on this topic earlier today. maybe i should finish it... more soon, i hope...
and they forgot Reduce in their list, poor Reduce, everyone skips right over it to reuse and recycle as if he's not good enough for them or glamorous enough...
Reduce has been recycled and is now the word DECURE, which means to take back a cure from someone who has done something boneheadded. For example, the cancer survivor was decured after she cut off five cars, including a police cruiser, by making a right turn from the lefthand lane.

but world environment day makes me depressed...banana split day makes me happy (no hot fudge thanks) and yell 'fudge'... day is just silliness
Can we have an impromptu poetry contest with art made from recycled materials as the prize?
Then we can get the winning poem printed on a banner (recycled, of course) and hoist it at a major intersection.
And then we could have a puppetshow for children featuring the winning poem.
Or... we can do something else to celebrate, I suppose. ;-)
