i don't care to see people's underwear that much either, but isn't this a little ridiculous? and women wear so much shit and show so much skin that they shouldn't - why doesn't anyone pass ordinance on what too short of a skirt is, or how much is too much cleavage? or how much butt crack they shouldn't be allowed to show when sitting with their really low cut jeans? personally, i find that more obscene than seeing some kid's boxer shorts. 3 inches is too much...
people are annoying and have nothing better to do with their time or power than pass ridiculous laws.

For me, it actually brightens my day to watch some young kid's pants fall down around his ankles 'cause he thinks he's "cool" wearing his pants so low. Plus, sometimes they're wearing fun undies.
There are definitely OTHER fashion crimes that need some policing.
I forgot to tell anyone that when I went to the vet yesterday there was a woman walking to the train station wearing I nice top and sort suit jacket, high heels carrying a briefcase... and for her bottom half what appeared to be black hipster type underwear. I guess they were shorts, but the rest of looked like office attire. Surely hipsters aren't office attire.
maybe those WERE her underwear and her pants, which are apparently now illegal in Louisiana, had fallen off onto the train tracks and were run over by the train, thus making it impossible for her to wear them
hey, it could happen
