So just to comment, in Jr. High track Sheryl and I knew a boy who slathered icy/hot on some delicate areas. I believe at first he said "It's icy." then a couple minutes later he said "It BURNS!"
Also excessive application, I would think you'd have to dip your whole body for that to happen.
